Ozark Agency LLC provides services to elderly or disable persons living in Western PA. Ozark Agency's Registered Nurses will make the initial assessment visit to each client and will develop a care plan based on the clients needs and their doctors orders. This care plan will include medical history of the client as well as services requested.

Caring service and professionalism is an absolute requirement by our staff. Our Director of Nursing will maintain close contact with all field staff through unannounced or pre-scheduled visits.
